NEED GOVERNMENT HELP

Hj Masri Bin Hj Apong need government help about the flood that runnig through his back home. All of this mud coming from the land at the back of his home. He said that "I have to wake up my son early in order to get rid of this mud". Not only his son even the whole family is trying to get rid of the mud.
